| Our praise band consists of Youth and the young at heart. This book was a nice resource that provided material that all could appreciate. Our band consists or two singers two guitarists and a precussionist. It was easy to read and follow for everyone. We did have our church organist sit in with us and she had a tough time since it is a fake book format. She needed to be able to see all the notes on staff instead of just the melody with some harmonies in spots with the chord names over the staff. We were able to use it as a good starting resource. If you are starting a praise band or contemporary service and are on a limited budget, I'd really recommend this song book. The selection of music represents both past favorites and current ones in an easy to read format that will allow you to start and progress in building a good pool of songs to use during worship.
