Reviews - What do our customers think?
 | excellent book Dec 12, 2006 |
I bought this book by mistake - I was trying to buy another book by the same title,, but it is an excellent book. But I am not so sure I buy the arguments 100% but the author makes a strong case for his view, and that's worth considering, and I am reading this book quite carefully. Pleasant book for a totally unplanned purchase.
the one thing that's hard to understand is trying to understand the concept where you are sick because you say you are sick. Let's say you are a great deal of pain. you aren't supposed to tell anyone? what if you need to go to the hospitaL. you aren't supposed to tell the doctor or anyone else you are in pain? So how do you get prayer support. What about the idea of being honest. i can understand being honest and believing things to get better, but what about being honest about how things are now? i don't see how being honest about how you feel keeps you sick or poor or whatever. It is something I'm still trying to understand. It's still worth looking at . It's a good book. I can only take in only so much at a time though. It takes a while for some of the concepts to sink in. but overall it's very well done and a good book. | | | | What I read wasn't what I got Jan 18, 2005 |
| I didn't have any clue in the description that it was a Christian book. After I got it in the mail I noticed that nearly every page had Christian quotes or references to the bible. I'm sure it's a good book for Christians. I see some positive reviews here, but I thought I'd offer a friendly warning to those who are not Christians. | | | | What you say is what you get Jul 12, 2004 |
| This book can change your life if you impliment it. You shall eat of the fruit of your lips (Proverbs). | | | | It Will Change Your Life! Apr 17, 2000 |
| A neighbor of mine recently lent me an old tatterd copy of this book hoping it would help me through a difficult time in my life...and boy has it ever! The author presents clear insights into the Word of God and offers you keys to using the Word to empower you and to change your life. He writes in a simple, uncomplicated way so you can really grasp onto the main issues. They're easy, simple truths that anybody and everyone could use...or more importantly "Say." Since reading this book, in combination with the Word of God, I have felt my faith and hope soar above my circumstances. And now I truly believe that "what you say, is indeed, what you get." | | | | Excellent Jan 7, 2000 |
| This book is an excellent source for anyone wanting to learn about the importance of our words. After reading this book, along with Hung By The Tongue, I felt empowered to change my destiny. This is true due to universal principles that have been set in motion and are at work all the time. When we tap into and use these principles, not only can we help ourselves but we can help others by helping them to understand the importance of their language. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to succeed in life. | | | Write your own review about What You Say Is What You Get
