Because today's world is filled with disease and health issues, students should learn how to care for themselves. With SOS Health Quest, a five-unit course designed for elementary grades 4-7, students will receive advice on how to care for their bodies. Topics covered in a colorful, engaging format are:

Nutrition and Fitness
Health Maintenance
Stewardship
Build your students' concept of health with engaging and interactive SOS Health Quest. Students will study growth and adolescence, mental and emotional health, basic food groups, emergency planning, along with personal and ecological management. Proper exercise techniques are also demonstrated with slide shows and videos!

Lay the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits! Offering interactive learning for grades 4 to 7, Health Quest helps teach your kids hygiene, fitness, and personal and ecological stewardship. Over 5,000 videos and animations, and 21,000 sound files are included, as well as flexible navigation and printing, computer-aided testing and grading and student-teacher messaging.
